When do I get my key?

Your key will appear on the order page after payment confirmation, ready to view and copy. Save the secret link to that page. Delivery time depends on the selected offer and payment confirmation. If the key has not appeared within the stated time, contact our support team.

Do I need an account to buy?

You can buy without creating an account. Choose an offer, select Buy and enter your email at checkout. Save the order link to check the payment and collect your key.

Where can I find my order?

Open your saved order link or the Find order page. Use the order number and the email you entered at checkout to locate your purchase.

How do I choose a top-up or subscription?

Check the platform, account country and offer conditions. For a top-up, also check the currency and amount; for a subscription, the plan and duration. Choose the region of the account where you will redeem the code.

How do I know a key works in my country?

Every offer lists its activation region. Check it before you pay: a key only activates where the publisher allows.

How do I pay?

Choose one of the coins and networks available at checkout. You have 30 minutes to send the amount shown on the invoice to the displayed address using the selected network. Include the memo or tag if one is shown. Allow for any wallet or exchange fee so the full invoice amount arrives.

Contact support with your order number. Refunds are handled manually after a check.

Steam
  1. Open Steam and sign in.
  2. Games → Activate a Product on Steam…
  3. Paste the key and confirm.
Xbox
  1. Open Microsoft's redeem page.
  2. Sign in with your Xbox account.
  3. Enter the 25-character code.
PlayStation
  1. Open PlayStation Store on the console or web.
  2. Choose Redeem Codes.
  3. Enter the code.
Nintendo
  1. Open Nintendo eShop.
  2. Choose Redeem Code.
  3. Enter the 16-character code.
EA App
  1. Open the EA app and sign in.
  2. Menu → Redeem code.
  3. Enter the key.
Ubisoft Connect
  1. Open Ubisoft Connect.
  2. Menu → Activate Key.
  3. Enter the key.
Epic Games
  1. Open Epic Games Store and sign in.
  2. Profile → Redeem Code.
  3. Enter the key.
GOG
  1. Sign in to GOG.com.
  2. Open the code redemption page.
  3. Enter the key.
Battle.net
  1. Open Battle.net and sign in.
  2. Account menu → Redeem a Code.
  3. Enter the key.
Rockstar
  1. Open the Rockstar Games Launcher.
  2. Settings → Redeem Code.
  3. Enter the key.
Microsoft Store
  1. Open Microsoft's redeem page.
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
  3. Enter the code.
Apple / iTunes
  1. Open the App Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Choose the option to redeem a gift card or code.
  3. Enter the code — the amount lands in your Apple Account balance.
Google Play
  1. Open play.google.com/redeem or the Google Play app.
  2. Sign in with the Google account the balance is for.
  3. Enter the code — the amount lands in your Google Play balance.
Huawei AppGallery
  1. Open AppGallery and sign in with your Huawei ID.
  2. In your profile, choose to top up with a code.
  3. Enter the code — the amount lands in your Huawei balance.
