LEGIXSTORE / DOCUMENTS

Terms of sale

Ordering, receiving and using digital products purchased through LegixStore.

Edition dated

1. Store and contracting parties

LegixStore is the name of a digital goods store. In these terms, the seller is the person selling a product through LegixStore and responsible for fulfilling the order; the buyer is the person ordering it for personal use.

LegixStore accepts the order and is responsible to the buyer for fulfilling it. Questions about delivery, product quality and refunds are handled by LegixStore support.

2. What you purchase

The order covers the selected digital code for a game, add-on, subscription or account credit. Its title, edition, platform, region, face value, subscription duration, quantity and price are determined by the offer selected at checkout. No physical media or postal delivery are included.

A code enables activation of the specified product under the rights holder’s terms. Copyright, other exclusive rights and trademarks are not transferred to the buyer. Listing a platform’s products does not mean LegixStore is its official partner.

A login-based top-up service, account transfer or account access assistance is not included in a code purchase unless explicitly described in the selected offer. Do not share gaming account passwords.

3. Choosing an offer

Before ordering, check the platform, account region, edition, languages, system requirements and additional conditions. An add-on may require the base game; a subscription may require a particular account type, no existing subscription, or a payment method on the platform. Material restrictions must be disclosed before purchase.

General artwork and series descriptions do not replace the selected offer’s terms. Ask for clarification before payment if information conflicts or the region is unspecified. LegixStore is responsible for the accuracy of its product information and reviews claims when a product does not match it.

4. Placing and confirming an order

No buyer account is required. Select products and quantities, provide an email, review the total and terms, and confirm the order. The system creates an order number and a separate link to its page.

Confirming checkout with acceptance of these terms expresses agreement to the selected order. The generated page containing its number, contents and calculation confirms the store’s acceptance. Browsing or adding an item to the cart alone creates no payment obligation.

The buyer must have the legal capacity required by applicable law or permission from a legal representative. Product age restrictions and platform rules still apply.

5. Price and settlement

Product prices, charges included in the invoice and the total are displayed before confirmation. Ruble figures are indicative conversions when settlement is stated in another currency. The invoice specifies the exact units and amount; the sender’s exchange or wallet may charge a separate fee.

If price or availability changes before an order is created, the buyer is asked to review the new calculation. After payment is accepted, a change in product cost does not entitle LegixStore to substitute the product or demand an additional payment without the buyer’s agreement.

The interface uses a provider’s digital currency invoices. Their availability does not establish that this method is lawful for every transaction or country. Settlement must comply with mandatory applicable requirements; these terms create no exception to statutory prohibitions. Operational instructions appear in Payment and delivery.

6. Digital delivery

After payment confirmation, the digital code becomes available on the order page protected by a secret link. Payment confirmation and code delivery can take time. Delivery timing follows the selected offer’s terms; instant delivery is not guaranteed in every case.

The delivery deadline must be stated in the offer or order confirmation. A missing deadline does not mean agreement to indefinite waiting: statutory rules for determining the time for performance apply. In case of delay, the buyer may request delivery or a refund under the applicable rules without waiving other statutory rights.

A Completed status and availability of the ordered codes confirm technical delivery. They do not confirm product quality or waive defect claims. Partial fulfilment is assessed item by item.

7. Order link and security

Save the order link: it grants access to the codes. Do not publish it or share it with others. An order number and email allow a status check but do not replace the secret link for revealing keys.

Contact support if the link is lost or compromised. Verification may require the order number, email and payment details. Wallet private keys, recovery phrases, passwords and one-time login codes are not needed.

8. Activation and subscriptions

Activate the code on the platform specified in the order, following its rules and stated region restrictions. Circumventing blocks or changing regions is not a substitute for buying a compatible product. A disclosed region does not excuse the seller for describing that region incorrectly.

Subscription duration, its start and renewal conditions depend on the product. LegixStore does not automatically charge renewals for a one-time code order. Manage any renewal offered by the platform in that platform’s account settings.

9. Defects, cancellation and refunds

Non-delivery, invalid codes, codes used before delivery, or incorrect editions, regions and denominations are handled under Refunds and claims. Buyers retain remedies under applicable law.

Digital format, opening an order page or revealing a key do not create an unconditional refund ban. For a valid activated product, the nature of the right, actual use and mandatory rules are considered. There is no blanket rule that digital products are non-refundable.

10. Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for the information they provide and for complying with product usage rules. The seller is responsible for fulfilling accepted orders, matching their descriptions and the actions of its contractors to the extent required by applicable law.

A technical outage does not remove the right to have a claim considered. Extraordinary events are assessed on evidence and their connection to the breach; ordinary stock shortages or product cost changes are not automatically treated as such events.

11. Contact and applicable law

Use the Help request form for order questions and provide the order number and a reply email. An explanation and available evidence help establish the facts. Seeking an amicable solution does not remove the right to contact a competent court or authority.

Mandatory consumer protections prevail over site wording. These terms do not require exclusive venue at the seller’s location or shorten statutory claim periods. Applicable law is determined by the rules relevant to the parties and transaction.

12. Document versions

The edition date appears at the top. Changes apply to new orders and do not worsen an accepted order’s terms without the buyer’s agreement. Keep the order confirmation and the terms you reviewed.

Refund and payment rules supplement these terms. The privacy policy explains data handling and is not blanket consent to any use of information. Mandatory law prevails over conflicting clauses.
